Refund Policy

This policy applies to Pro subscriptions for Meta Pixel Helper Guru bought through our checkout, which is run by Lemon Squeezy.

In short: try the free plan first. If Pro isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment and you will get it in full.

14-day refund

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment, including the first payment and each automatic renewal.
After 14 days, payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
When a payment is refunded, the license key for that subscription is deactivated and the extension returns to the free plan.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@pixelhelperguru.com with the email address you used at checkout and your order number (it is in your Lemon Squeezy receipt). You don't need to give a reason, though it helps us improve.

Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancelling instead

If you just don't want to be charged again, cancel your subscription. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and there are no further charges. See Terms of Service for how to cancel.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Changes

We will update this page and its date when the policy changes. Changes do not affect payments made before the change.
