These terms apply to the Meta Pixel Helper Guru Chrome extension, the Pixel Helper Guru Connector WordPress plugin and this website (together, "the service"). By installing or using the service, or by buying a Pro plan, you agree to these terms.

The service

Meta Pixel Helper Guru helps you inspect and debug Meta Pixel and Conversions API tracking on websites you open. It is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. Features and limits for each plan are listed on the pricing section and may change as the service is improved.

Plans and payment

• Free plan: available at no cost, with the limits shown on the pricing section.
• Pro plans: $3 billed every month, or $15 billed every six months. Prices are shown before you pay; taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live.
• Merchant of record: orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the reseller and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy's own terms also apply to your purchase.
• License key: after payment you receive a license key by email. One key works on one browser at a time.

Automatic renewal and cancellation

• Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (one month or six months) and the same payment method is charged, until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from the link in your Lemon Squeezy order email or the Lemon Squeezy customer portal, or by emailing support@pixelhelperguru.com.
• When you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again. The extension then returns to the free plan; your local data is kept.
• If we change the price, the new price applies from your next renewal, and we will tell you before then.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only on websites you own or are allowed to audit, and only in line with the law and the policies of the platforms involved, including Meta's.
• Do not share, resell or publish license keys, or try to bypass licensing.
• Do not use the service to collect other people's personal data. The extension redacts personal values it sees; see the Privacy Policy.

Meta access tokens

Some features use a Meta access token that you enter, for example to send a test event or load Meta's data quality report. You are responsible for the token and for what it allows. The token is stored only in your browser and is sent only to Meta.

No guarantee of results

The service is provided "as is". Match quality scores, deduplication checks and suggested fixes are estimates based on what the browser can see, and they may differ from what Meta reports. We do not guarantee any particular tracking, advertising or business result. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending access

You can stop using the service and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend a license that is shared, resold or used to break these terms.

Changes

We will update this page and its date when the terms change. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
